Prepare Your Vehicle For Icy Conditions

1. Get up 10 minutes earlier to prepare your vehicle
2. Clear windows of ice using de-icer and a scraper
3. Use a cigarette lighter to warm a key for a frozen lock
4. For longer journeys, where possible plan your routes to take roads which have been gritted
5. Allow more time for your journey
